July 8, 2026 – As we begin 2026, Cloud Dancers Therapeutic Horsemanship is excited to introduce our new slogan: “Heart to Heart with Horses.” More than just a phrase, it reflects the heart of all we do and more fully encompasses the many ways horses touch lives through our programs. From therapeutic riding to Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), the connection between horse and human remains at the center of every experience. We look forward to a new year of growth, healing, confidence, discovery, and meaningful partnerships—heart to heart with horses.

July 8, 2026 – As we look back on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude and pride for all that was accomplished. It was a remarkable year marked by the continued success of our rider programs, deeper connections within our community, and the joyful addition of new horses to our herd. We also experienced exciting growth in our Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programs—powerful avenues that allow us to expand our reach and impact. Each milestone brought us closer to our mission of changing lives with every ride, and we’re excited to share these highlights with you as we reflect on the year behind us and look ahead to what’s next.

July 8, 2026 – Fall has officially arrived, and we’re loving the cooler weather, colorful leaves, and all the excitement this season brings! From the New Mexico State Fair to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, there’s so much to look forward to in our community this time of year.
Session 4 wrapped up on September 20th, giving our horses a well-deserved break (and extra pampering!) before Session 5 begins on October 12th. We’re also excited to share that we’ve welcomed some new horses to our herd — and they’re already settling in beautifully and making new friends!
And of course, nothing beats the sight of hundreds of hot air balloons floating across the sky during the Balloon Fiesta — it’s pure magic! While it means a little extra planning and coordination at the barn, the view of those colorful balloons drifting overhead makes it all worth it.

July 8, 2026 – Summer is in full swing at Cloud Dancers. As temperatures rise, so does the excitement around the barn! Session III wraps up on July 19, marking another successful chapter filled with growth, connection, and joyful rides. We’re already gearing up for Session IV, which kicks off August 10—and our horses are enjoying the extra grooming and attention these sunny days bring. Every ride continues to reflect our mission of improving lives with every ride, and we’re thrilled to see what the rest of the year has in store!

April 20, 2025 – The first quarter of 2025 has been full of energy and excitement here at Cloud Dancers! From welcoming new faces to hosting some truly memorable events, there’s no shortage of good news to share. We kicked off Session II on April 6th, and with the arrival of (finally!) warmer weather, our spring lessons are in full swing. The sunshine has brought smiles all around — and we’re pretty sure the herd is just as happy, busy shedding those winter coats and enjoying the fresh air!

January 31, 2025 – As the fall season settles in, we’re embracing cooler weather, the vibrant transformation of leaves, and the excitement of annual events! Fall brings so much to look forward to—from the iconic New Mexico State Fair to the world-renowned Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. This year, Cloud Dancers had the pleasure of participating in both!

November 5, 2024 – Although we are loving the longer days and summer monsoons, it's created some impromptu pools and challenges. A big thanks to Red and Ed for efficiently pumping out the turnout! Session 3 is wrapping up with lots of smiles and joyful rides. And our EAL and EAP workshops are having a meaningful impact on our community and fulfilling our mission of changing lives with every ride!
