Sharon Grady, MA, LPCC, as our new Program Director! Sharon is a trained Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist and EAL facilitator who brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and vision to our organization. As lead to our Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) program, Sharon dedicates her time and energy to Cloud Dancers and is passionate about helping both clients and fellow health professionals discover the healing power of equine-assisted work. She believes horses can offer not only powerful opportunities for growth and recovery, but also meaningful self-care for the professionals who serve others. As Program Director, Sharon will oversee daily operations, staff, volunteers, scheduling, horse welfare, participant services, safety, community partnerships, and compliance with standards from PATH International.
