Nancy Pope

With more than twenty years of non-profit program officer, operations and fundraising experience in health and human services work, my focus has been helping people achieve their full potential.  I am passionate about helping improve lives of New Mexicans and working with a committed team to set and achieve goals to make real change.

In my role at Presbyterian Community Health I provide new program development and operations including healthy eating, active living, and community and clinical linkages work.  I also manage overall CDC REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) program activities and provide all required reporting to CDC. I help plan, communicate, implement, and evaluate community-based health programs.

In addition, I coordinate and help write new funding opportunities for Presbyterian Community Health.

Other Relevant Experience

I’ve shared my passion for helping families through over 500 presentations, speeches and conferences during the past two decades.

I have been active as a board member or advisory council member for a number of nonprofits over the years including New Mexico Foundation, Sandia Preparatory School, The Storehouse, Hope Works, Women in Philanthropy at United Way of Central New Mexico, and PB&J’ s Fathers Building Futures.

Prior to my career in the nonprofit sector I was an executive in the investment industry for 20 years.
