Rebecca Sanford is the President/CEO of Adelante, one of New Mexico’s largest social service nonprofits. Rebecca earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of New Mexico. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Business/General Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Rebecase began her career at Adelante as the VP of Human Resources in 2012. In 2016, Rebecca was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer and was responsible for Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, and Marketing, prior to becoming CEO.
